If you make your return after the specified time period, you will be credited the item’s current selling price. Any returns received after 10 days will be returned to sender. Items purchased on Knowhose.com must be returned to our Web returns center and cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail locations. All hosiery must be returned unworn, unaltered,with all original packaging unopened, and packaging intact. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept Cash On Delivery. Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. If paying with Pay Pal, refunds will not be eligible.
